Wie Apple gerade per Pressemitteilung bekannt geben hat, war es der 13-jährige Connor Mulcahey aus Connecticut, der den 1 Milliardsten Download tätigte und so den 10.000 US-Dollar iTunes Gutschein, einen iPod touch, eine Time Capsule und ein MacBook Pro gewann.

Warum man sich vor Ablauf des Counters per Formular und täglich 25 mal per App Download registrieren konnte und der 1 Milliardste Download dann ausgewählt wird, bleibt mir aktuell ein Rätsel.
